Eligible Return and Refund Conditions

We only accept and process refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  1. Missing Items: If items are missing from your order upon delivery.
  2. Damaged Products: If the product was damaged during shipping.
  3. Incorrect Products: If you received a product different from what was ordered.

Please Note: An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any claims. The video should clearly show the unopened package, followed by opening it in a single take to verify the product condition upon arrival. Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Non-Eligible Reasons for Return or Replacement

We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Quality Concerns: Our products are carefully crafted and inspected for quality. Variations in material, color, or minor imperfections are natural and do not qualify as defects.
  • Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or returns for customers who no longer want the product after purchase.
  • Wrong Size: Please check our product specifications before placing your order. We do not accept returns for sizing issues unless the wrong size was sent by us.

Order Cancellation Policy for Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, we understand that sometimes plans change, so we offer a cancellation option:

  • Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will deduct a payment gateway fee of 2.5% from your refund.
  • After Shipping: If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for a shipping charge of ₹70.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact Us: Within 48hrs of receiving your order, reach out to our customer support team at support@imaanhouse.com.
  2. Attach Evidence: Include the unboxing video as well as photos clearly showing the issue (e.g., damage, missing items, wrong product).
  3. Wait for Approval: Once we review and verify your claim, we will confirm whether a return, refund, or replacement is possible.

Refund Timeline

Once your return or cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
